Richard E. Sinaiko is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting (SHC). SHC and its staff of senior level professionals maintain engagements with an impressive list of clients including Fortune 500 companies, major academic medical centers, medical groups, community hospitals and national payers. Corporate areas of focus include medical practice operations, financial and strategic management, physician hospital integration, managed care marketing and contracting and organizational strategic planning. Specific areas of focus include academic medical center/faculty practice plan reorganization, network development, medical group formation, merger and consolidation, transactional analysis/strategic planning and providing educational programs for a variety of audiences.

Emma Wollschlager works as a consultant for Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting in Los Angeles, California. Emma brings to Sinaiko her diverse and technical experience in the areas of hospital and physician operations and billing, with a particular emphasis on regulatory compliance. She has developed compliance-oriented policies and procedures, led operational performance improvement projects and monitored compliance plans for environments as varied as hospital, physician, lab, dialysis, rehabilitation, home health and radiology services. She makes an excellent addition to Sinaiko's Compliance and Operations Consulting teams.
